The Korala Polycarbonate Concert Ukulele is a budget uke but without the budget sound. Made of acoustically accurate polycarbonate, this avoids problems with necks at a certain temperatures.The polycarbonate also gives the tone a warmer, defined sound. You usually get what you pay for but in this case you get far more than you pay for. The body is very durable and the design gives it a little fun factor.
The frets are made of moulded ABS which give an advantage over painted on, wooden ones. With geared tuners the uke stays in tune for longer.
