In the RDT-SHV, Roland have managed to make a drum throne able to meet the need of any drummer. The saddle-shaped seat has been carefully designed to lighten the load on specific pressure points to accommodate hours upon hours of playing without the interruption of pain or irritation. This is partly down to the patented, Roland-developed foam that fills the wear-resistant vinyl coated seat which never feels too soft and unstable, but strikes that perfect balance between comfort and unshakable stability. This is then provided with the solid support of three double-braced chrome legs and a steel central pole, the height of which can be adjusted with luxurious ease using the smart and swift hydraulic system. The Roland RDT-SHV has definitely been built to bear a demanding tour schedule, and survive.
