Refund Policy

At The Music Rooms, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of ordering the item(s).

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us at info@music-rooms.com within 14 days of ordering your item(s) to notify us of your intention to return or exchange.

    1. Please ensure that all paperwork, parts, and accessories are included. Note that all products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

    1. Obtain a tracking number from the carrier before shipping the return package.

    1. Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team & Include your name & order number. Failure to do this may result in your refund not being processed.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the cost of the item(s), but not the cost of shipping.

In the case of defective item(s), we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will promptly process your refund or exchange. Please be aware that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Please be aware that final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased on sale. We will however accept return requests for items using a promotional discount code.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) or B Stock Items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
