5. Shipping and Delivery
   • We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcelforce for our shipments.
   • We aim to fulfil orders within 2 working days and deliver within 3-5 working days.
   • In the event of backorders or pre-orders, the above-mentioned delivery times may not always be possible. If there is a delay in the shipment or delivery of your order, we will notify you via your preferred contact method.
   • Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon our shipment to the shipping carrier.
