Faith Guitars are delighted to announce the launch of new additions to their popular Nexus acoustic guitar series.

The Faith Nexus Series FPVSF Venus Cutaway Electro is an all solid mahogany electro acoustic guitar. In true Faith spirit this Nexus comes complete with a feature packed specification which includes an advanced Fishman electronics system, black hardware and a classy Solar Flare satin finish which beautifully shows off the grain of the mahogany.

The Venus body design is a hugely popular shape within the Faith range. With its 15″ lower bout and a slimmer depth of body, it looks to classic OM or Auditorium body-shapes for inspiration. It’s a versatile body shape that is as happy playing chords with a plectrum as being gently played fingerstyle.

The all solid body is made up of a solid mahogany top and solid mahogany back and sides. The X-Brace design and quarter sawn spruce bracing yields rigidity whilst giving the guitar superior resonance. Featuring an exclusive satin finish over a rich, sunburst-coloured top, while the back and sides it retain a deep, stained natural hue, its looks certainly complement its smooth and balanced tonal palette. Other body appointments include ABS body binding; black with white purfling, and a solid Figured Ebony pickguard.

The Mahogany neck utilizes Eggles’ Bolt-On Design and is topped with a Macassan Ebony fingerboard with a 12th fret Mother of Pearl ‘F’ inlay.

Not only does the FPVSF Venus sound great acoustically but with the onboard Fishman Presys 2 / Sonicore electronics – which features controls for volume, bass, treble and phase – the amplified tone sings too. In addition, the preamp also hosts an onboard tuner.
